A simple observation applies on this. Check the week day of your journey date. The reservation must start on the earlier day of that particular day. For example 14 th April is Saturday and its ARP starts on 15 th Jan which is Sunday.

You can reserve your ticket 90 days in advance, excluding the
date of journey at the train originating station. At intermediate
stations where the train arrives the following day, reservation
can be done 91 days in advance. In the case of some intercity
day .
